Remember the ep where creepy things are impersonating the neighbourhood kids and killing their mothers? And Dean runs into Lisa, a girl he hooked up with this one weekend who has a young kid of suspicious age and is basically tiny Dean clone. And Dean was kind of terrified/thrilled thinking the boy might be his.

Bell ringing?

Oh yeah, it is definitely Ye Olde SPN. Within the context of the ep it didn't bug me much, but of course I'm very leery of what the show would do with Lisa as a regular returning character. Their track record is failtastic.

(And oh yeah, I get quitting shows, for sure. SPN hasn't quite made it there for me... yet. It may only be a matter of time. But hey, I didn't give up on BSG, either, and that ended in the most WTF, plot-holes-you-could-drive-a-Battlestar-through way imaginable.)

I'm not expecting all that much from SPN. But being a pessimist means you are usually either vindicated or pleasantly surprised. :P

You should! It's reached new heights (depths?) of angst.
