I KNOW RIGHT. I found it in sionnain's delicious and my mind was blown.
I do! I will drink awesome beverages from them. (One is to be a gift to my boss in August, when I leave. ThinkGeek = best place for gifts for your weirdo scientist boss.)
Yeah, maybe I don't get all set up and stuff... but everyone is getting one! And people today said they'd thought I must already have an invite, and then the net result is no one invites me and then I'm sad. The invite system does weird things to me okay.. So you know, I was just putting it out there. It is really a test to see who loves me best. I expect the servers will be pretty non-robust while there's major influx. I'd stay well away when it's opened.
Big Bang Theory = the lolz. It continually surprises me that I like it so much, because me and sitcoms are not best buddies. But yes! Geeky/sexy/slashtastic. These are things at I like! Who knew.
The Monday slot is a bit wack, though. But it's probably on Hulu someplace. And stuff. *is innocent*
Kate Beaton drawing Paul Gross cartoons is a nexus of awesome that I never before contemplated, and now I don't know how I lived without it.
I was on a flight to Boston from Chicago and they played an episode of BBT. I'd never seen it before. Does the studio audience/laugh track always laugh after every sentence, or was it just that one episode? Or maybe I'm out of touch with sitcoms; I haven't watched one since Friends ended (weeeeeeep).
The laugh track is the one of the only things I truly dislike about the show -- I think it'd work just as well without, but what do I know about running sitcoms? You learn to mostly ignore it, I guess, it's so ubiquitous.

5. Started season two of Flashpoint last night! I even got the wife to admit that this Hugh guy has great eyes and very nice hands.

5. Hooray! S2 has some really great eps, and some really greater Ed and Greg moments. *smooshes*
And yeah, that Hugh has a certain something about him. *g*
