Sorry to break it to you, but MN is like that too. I haven't actually heard a boob job being given away, but it wouldn't surprise me.

It would make more sense to do that. If a person really wanted fake boobs they could go to Victoria's Secret and spend $50 on a fancy gel bra (pocketing the rest of the cash :-D).
