I haven't had any thing with added sugar in three weeks - no candy, nothing! And, I haven't wanted it either. The sugar cravings went away after just a day or two, and I feel a lot better!

But now, with the time of the month being what it is, I'm dying for something!

sugar is addictive, if you have one thing it might be like a wall tumbling down :( maybe treat yourself to something made with honey or sugar substitute?

I'll have to see if I can find some sugar-free candy when we go shopping tomorrow (have been shopping for the whole week on Saturdays for the last 2 months or, it really saves money) - the store we use has a better selection to the other stores around here, and have a pretty decent aisle for gluten-free and such. :)

If you absolutely need something sugar-y, have something that isn't candy. Fruit or tea, at least they are a little better for you.
