Yes there´s more was my first thought until I read the chapter. Amazing all around but man when you write angst, you write angst. Jack is always running, if it´s from his past or just so he doesn´t have to feel pain. That´s what I hate about Jack but at the same time you feel sorry and you want to help him.
I love this Doctor, but I can´t on him since I haven´t watch this series yet.
God now onward to Gray and Ianto. God is Gray about to rape Ianto? Need to stop using God. Their relationship is terrifying yet you can´t help feel sorry for their situations. Now the Beetle´s song All You Need Is Love just popped into my head. I can´t wait to see where you take this.
Oh by the way. Love the photo. Your cousin is adorable and nice tshirt.

Yes, sorry, I was bitten by angst mosquito. Sucked all my joy away. But, there we are. What do we fall down? So we can leanr to pick ourselves back up again. And that is what they shall do!

1. The entire universe simply MUST stop for babies. Their arrival is too important, and must be huzzahed and celebrated at great length.
2. Someone desecrated Ianto's shrine ???!!!! Those f#$%ers!!! They're weevil bait!!! Where's my passport???? Oh. I haven't got one. Well, I guess they're safe for now.B#$%^&*s. But a group of us should get together and hunt them down. And do something antidaluvial to them. Um. I'm over here in Toronto, so if someone could just float me some airfare.....
3. Very interesting chapter. Doc 11 remembering that this is where he introduced Alonso into the mix....

1) Yes, absolutely.
2) Yes. And said that it was "disgusting", homosexual were "murderers and paedophiles", said that we "needed Jesus" and declared it "wouldn't tolerate in their city". Wankers need some hockey-stick pummelling, methinks. Luckily, I'm going to Uni there in September, results willing, so I'll be prowling around the Bay in protective mode.

Sorry, my overwhelming instinctive response to good storytelling. :) I like everything about this fic so far. Jack's fucked-uppedness is convincingly portrayed, and I love the way you've handled the new Doctor's relationship with Jack. Even Grey... I suppose I shouldn't say "like" in that instance (OMFG IANTO D:) but it's very well done, how unflinchingly you've shown that he is a monster, while also taking time to demonstrate how ultimately pathetic he is at heart. Gives me chills. And, of course, makes me eager and nervous to find out what happens next!

Thank you so much for writing and sharing, I'm excited to see it continue... when you have time of course. Congratulations on the new baby cousin, how adorable :D

Aww, thank you. Your initial response already makes me feel good. I'm glad you like the characterisation, especially how I've handled Gray, who I always felt was more complicated than the evil bastard some made him out to be. I always felt something very close to sympathy and pity for him, simply because this isn't his fault, and I don't actually think, deep down, he wants to be that person.
