My first appointment was with Bash, and my appointment yesterday was with Aiko. I haven't seen Kelly there, unless she looks really different from her picture on the website. If I do see her, I'll totally have to namedrop you!

*ahem* as a Starbucks employee, I'm going to just IGNORE that little statement about us being bland... and I'm instead add a bit of advice when ordering your coffee to get it JUST THE WAY YOU LIKE IT: order it extra hot. Or, you can even get specific and order it a temperature... a lot of people try to go for 180 degrees.

Personally, that scalds my tongue and makes the tender tissues of my oral cavity blister. I have a delicate mouth, okay?

And where is VAIN? For some reason I'm drawing a blank and can't picture it.

Also... Trabant rules! I *heart* it. I hope you have your name in their computer; every ten drinks gets you a free one!

Haha, sorry. You know, I used to be a Starbucks devotee, until I tried Trabant!

To be fair, the last couple of drinks I've had from a Starbucks have been quite good. I just find there's a lot of variation. Also, I think a lot of places around here put two shots in everything, so maybe I should order a double-shot next time and see what I think. When do you work? :)

You're right that I should just order my coffee extra hot at this point, but I'm really shy about being a picky customer, I guess. I'm mustering up my resolve to do it! (Also, *grumble*, hot coffee should be the DEFAULT, because warmish espresso is EW, plus they have those ridiculous warnings on the cups about how EXTREMELY HOT the beverage is, and it's just not true). I just think I shouldn't have to chug a latte to finish it before it gets cool.

VAIN is in Belltown, on 1st near Virginia. And sadly, I don't get up to Trabant very often now that I'm WAY DOWN HERE and it's WAY UP THERE on 45th. :(
