Grumpy the dwarf

Although not the kind of thing people expect me to post, I saw something amazing last week at the disney store (my 2nd time in one EVER). A shelf FULL of Grumpy the Dwarf plushies from snow white and the 7 dwarves. He looked so unhappy and so tepid about being on the shelf. He was only like 9 bucks and I so wanted to get him one. Stuffed toys are meant to be played with - not collected! Beside, your home already has 2 stuffed slimes. If you get all those things you better play with them and sleep with them. If I come over and find them in some kind of collectible pose (or slightly dusty), they're coming home with me!! Same with the puppets!

Now, stop breaking your shit!

My "playing with" consists of making elaborate fighting armies as in AoW:SM and runing HUGE battles with them. Thus far, I need many, MANY more to make it effective.

As an example of what I mean, I had a collection of "Godzilla" and other monster toys that were about 1.5 feet tall / long. I also have a WWII US vs Germany toy soldier miniature set with jeeps and tanks and officers and LOTS of gunmen. They are all .75 inches high (tanks are 3 inches long) and I ran lifelike scenarios wherein Godzilla or another would EAT the soldiers. I did the same with my Lego land Medieval sets on a pool table (Legos > toy soldiers because of armor, swords, and legos stick the same poses together.

I should. I can show you the extent that I took things to. Especially since my mom's carpet is "Green" like grass and FULLY usable for outdoors battles.

For some reason dragon plushies don't sound as good as those incredibly detailed dragon figurines/statues/water-spilling-statues. But I've always thought tonberry plushes as cool.

Plush Dragons (the cute kind) are irresistable. If you want cute and Dragonic, you need plush.

And the detailed figurines ARE magnificent in the care and attention given to them... but I have grand ideas about making a huge figurine battlefield playland.

Summarily, Plush = hold; Figurine = battlestance
