Harry Potter RP Excerpts Intro/ What He Was After
Author's Intro: I haven't RPed in words in years, but I found a wonderful one on tumblr.It's a Harry Potter RP. It's post-2nd Wizarding War and the basic premise is an optional 8th year has been added for those who felt the disruption of the war had kept them from learning much. What's wound up happening is characters like Lee Jordan (the one I role play as) are coming back to try and heal. It's incredibly angsty, but the other writers are smashingly good. And I've been telling myself I need to write more.
I had told myself I ought to work on my original story, but I was just inspired by these fellow fans. I haven't written this much in ages. And one of my excuses is at least I'm doing something fun and productive.If I have plenty of things to do I'll have to manage my time better. The same thing happened all the other times I did theater things after school. Full schedule, but I was so very, very, happy. Being creative makes me happy. And with Doctor Who off the air at the moment I have all this fandom energy I need to direct into something...
Long story, short version: Lee Jordan's back at Hogwarts trying to deal with Fred's death. I don't own much of this story--just what I've put into Lee's head. J.K Rowling created the world of Harry Potter and Lee Jordan. And since it's an RP, I don't know where it's going...And that's half the fun.
Note: Cynthia Mercer is my character, though. And I will make notes of which characters I've made up for Lee's life. I'll also link to the original posts so you'll be able to see what I wrote and what was someone else's gotta give credit where it's due...
