There are many size charts online that compare length and width of cups. Some of them just show actual cup length, others show cup plus stem length. Decide whether you want a cup with a long body or one with a long stem for an overall long length.

Also compare cup shapes... blunt, pointy, flared rim, etc.

And if capacity is important to you, there are charts for that as well.

Before you buy another cup, get to know the one that you already have. Figure out how to insert and remove it. Figure out if you need more capacity. Figure out what length, width and other features you want in your next cup (or whether you want another one at all.)

Thanks for your reply. Yes i have read the size chart and comparisons thing
But the main thing im concern is the SEAL problem
because i have high cervix, no matter what length of cup i chooose, its gonna ride up
So the problem is whether i can break the seal by pinching the bottom of these cups? (Impossible for lily compact) because no matter what length of cup i choose i cannot reach the top half of the cup

I don't know how other people do it but I've always just pinched the bottom. The Lilies (both regular and compact) have "different" shapes than most cups and I don't have any experience with them. If you think you'd like a long bodied cup, then the Diva might be one to consider. Divas have tiny anti-suction holes and I recommend enlarging them.

On the other hand, you mentioned the Si-Bell and that has a short body with a long stem. I'm sure there are others too, but I don't know what they are off the top of my head.

Like I said, get familiar with the cup that you already have. Get the hang of inserting and removing it. Removing, rinsing and re-inserting your cup shouldn't add more than a minute to your regular toilet routine. Then decide whether you want to replace the one you have or if you want something completely different for lighter/heavier days as a second cup.

I have a high cervix also, I can't feel mine either no matter how far I try to go in. I tried the diva cup and had such a hard time when trying to remove, it would go up way too high and was near impossible to get out. I did some research on longer cups (thanks to the above articles and other reviews) I decided to try out the luv your body cup and OMG and I ever happy I did. Best decision ever!! It still rides up super far but I can bear down and get to about half way up the cup, and with a combo of bearing down and squeezing I can break the seal and remove easily.

I have always used pads, hated tampons, so the cup idea was a little out of my comfort zone. I felt I took a big risk buying a second cup that may not have worked any better [then the diva] but seriously I am so glad I did. I am able to get through my whole cycle (minus approx a day towards end because of light bleeding and other minor discomforts) with little to no problems.
