I just got my first menstrual cup (MeLuna M) and I was having awful cramps all day.

Long story short, I got the cup out to empty it but I couldn’t break the seal fully and I was panicky so I pulled it out fast the last couple of inches and it hurt a bit and I felt a suction and I was wondering if I possibly hurt myself by removing it like that.

Hi, So I successfully inserted the cup, and I gotta say, I think the removal of it was a bit scary. Some of that might have been that because it was my first time that I didn't leave it in long enough, (only about 2 hours) and when I went to remove it, it had moved farther in.
