Mystical Music Box
One of our lovely characters has finally purchased the Mystical Music Box in the artifacts shop! This means that I can finally tell everyone what it does. :3
Like the raffles, this will be determined via my trusty web dice. The current owner of the music box is the only one with the power to use the music box's powers. If the owner wishes to give away the music box, the exchange is permanent and the only way the previous owner can get the box back is if the new owner gives it back. The only way the music box can be passed is if both parties agree. It's a magical contract. For example... if the owner wants to get rid of it and gives it to someone and the other person doesn't want it, the owner will have to keep it.
Also, the music box can't be borrowed. Well, it can, but the person borrowing it cannot open it or use its powers.
The music box may be opened once every two weeks and no more.
Here are the numbers, powers, and musics that this box holds:
1. turns user into kitten for 24 hours (playful tune)
2. user loses one day of RP activity (example: character uses box on Monday, they will not be able to post or be aware of ANYTHING that goes on Tuesday) and they will regain normal function on Wednesday. (silence)
3. makes the user sing everything they say for 24 hours (solemn tune)
4. 3% memory return (nostalgic tune)
5. causes user to lose 1% of memory, to be deducted from next memory regain (sad tune)
6. grants user the power to turn any three characters into his animal of choice for 24 hours (powerful tune)
7. puts money under the user's pillow (tell a mod if you roll it, and we'll roll a random number $100 and $2000) (joyful tune)
8. grants user bad luck for 24 hours (ominous tune)
9. grants the user the power to return 2% memories to one person of his/her choice (mystical tune)
10. user's emotion (1, player's choice) gets reversed for 24 hours--ex: if the user really loves something, they will despise it and vice versa (mystical tune played backwards)
Also, I trust everyone here to roll the dice for themselves and use the honor system. This way, if the owner of the box is bored, they can use it and post about it without having to consult a mod.
