I have: handed in my thesis; acquired a job; but not a start date; got cast as an extra in a BBC thing about Christopher Isherwood that starts at seven tomorrow morning and my mother appears to think is porn or something.

I have no idea.

HAHA!! Your life is brilliant. Woo fo the hoo on handing in your thesis, CONGRATULATIONS on the job and at least you have one even without a starting date (is this the one with the whole education palava?) and it will be worth it when you are on TV and get money for it (!!!) and your Mum will get over it when she sees it - until then having her worry a little isn't all a bad thing. Parents need to be kept on their toes.
