Yeah I was thinking that, too!
I was wondering if he was one of those babies with maybe some doubled muscle tissue? But his coordination is way too good, too... and some of those moves!!!!

I think it is the diaper that is making people think this is a "baby"... (My first thought was some kind of CGI) How old would be realistic for a child to do those kind of dance moves, if he is a small for his age toddler maybe?

I was thinking the same technology that made Avatar could do this.

I don't think it's Shopped. I think it's just a remarkably precocious and talented toddler.

I suspect his daddy is an accomplished samba dancer, and the kid's been studying attentively for some time.

Weeell...on another look, the quality is so poor that it'd be hard to tell if it were shopped, and the backlighting doesn't help. It'd be kind of weird to combine Avatar-level technology with such apparently crappy quality, composition, sound, and lighting, though.
