Praise God for the job...but now we have to move....

Yesterday I was offered the job of Distance Learning Coordinator at the Lee Richardson Zoo in Garden City, Kansas. This morning I officially accepted the position, pending that I pass a background/motor vehicle record check (which will be no problem).

I will be presenting educational programs across the United States by way of video conferencing

CONGRATULATIONS! I'm so thrilled for you! I've been to Garden City, and it's very dry and flat. But I kinda liked it. We could meet up in Wichita sometime too, cause I think it's roughly the same distance from Lawrence.

Thanks Carol! It is exciting to finally get a job, but the whole moving thing isn't too much fun. We keep calling apartment places in Garden City but all we get are answering machines and no one calls us back. I will just be happy when the moving part is over anda I can start my new job. I miss you and wish we could have had a mallcapades before I moved.
