[Her voice sounds startled as she watches Tegan start to walk away.] Teg...? Teg...! Oh, don't!

[She rushes over to grab Tegan by the arm, trying to orientate the blonde in the right direction to the chair. She very well knows that Tegan might bristle with such dramatic help, but it's been so recent since the accident that Lasandra hasn't quite gotten used to the fact Tegan's blind. It always hits Sandy at the last second.]

There's an ottoman. I forgot to push it away.

[She doesn't even bother to hide the flinch. The fact is she's still not used to it herself -- will never be used to it, she thinks.]

I...could you?

Already am. I just didn't want you to stumble over.

[She quickly lets go and her steps are a touch heavier than they should be on the carpet. The ottoman isn't too heavy but the stumble would be... well... She flinches herself at the though.]

You are clear to go.

Somehow, Alaric had talked Greg into going to the Scotland Moors with him. Of course, he hadn't told the other man why he wanted to go there. How do you tell someone that werewolves were real, and you were hunting them in order to get information? Instead, he simply told him he wanted to learn the history of the place by actually visiting it.

The trip was going well until the car he'd rented broke down. Now, they were stuck in the middle of the foggy moors with only a tent, some supplies, and each other.

"Do you want to make camp in the car, or out in that field over there?" he asked.

Greg wasn’t too sure of why he’d accepted Alaric’s proposition to go camping in the moors of Scotland together. He liked camping, though he rarely indulged, but it wasn’t really the right season to sleep out in the open, especially in bloody Scotland. Still, in the end, the promise of historical sight-seeing and Alaric’s disarmingly charming smile (mostly) had convinced him to agree.

And it hadn’t been so bad, truly, until their bloody car broke down, leaving them stranded in the middle of nowhere. Greg sighed. And no signal, either. “Definitely outside. Car’s too small to sleep in”, he replied, good-naturedly enough considering the situation, stepping out of the car and into a puddle of mud, cursing.

Alaric was glad Greg had decided to sleep outside. The car was too small, and he didn't like small spaces. Nodding, he stepped out and groaned when he saw he'd parked in the mud. "Sorry," he muttered.

Going to the trunk, he opened it before getting the tent and their bags out. He then looked around, trying to see where they could set up camp.

"Do you think the tent will stay up over there?" he asked as he pointed toward a clearing.
