[For as dangerous as many of the adventures they found themselves in are, even if she didn't find them fun and worth it for their own sakes, the good adventures make up for them. Like the festival they stumbled into that didn't serve as some sort of cover for feeding people to monsters or kidnapping people to sell across the galaxy.
It was a...really fun festival, what little she can remember of it.
This would be one of those adventures they don't include in the abridged version of their travels they share with people, isn't it?]
[When the good Doctor woke up, something was tickling his nose. He wrinkled it, but whatever it was, it was still there, and he sat up and cracked his eyes open.
Flower petals... An entire bed of flower petals. Well, given it was this planet's annual spring flower festival, he didn't think too much of it. Actually, he didn't really have too much to think about in the first place given most of the night had apparently been forgotten. So much for an adventure with no alien and running.
Rose was still asleep next to him until the door burst open and a short chubby woman screeched, "Good morning sir and Mrs.!"]
[Well, Rose was asleep. This is no surprise, because it's incredibly comfortable, this bed, and evidently Doctor-shaped pillows are wonderful sleeping aids. It's sometime between the screeching woman and the Doctor shouting that she startles awake.
For a moment, she blinks at the flower petals on the bed, and then she realizes what's obstructing her view of some of them is in fact the Doctor. It's not the first time there's only been one bed and neither of them were selfish enough to hog it to themselves, so that's only mildly disturbing, even with her hazy memories.
It's the woman insisting on calling her 'Mrs.' that's worrying. She pushes herself up with one arm and holds the duvet with the other.] What did you just say?
