this family is fiercely protective of each other even if it is against on of them. and they are all just so strong personality wise and so much love and stubbornness that they can't help but clash.
John is right when he says Sam would bare knuckle fight anyone who came after Dean. Himself included.
I love how they make it ok again and how so much of making it fine is centered around how they love and want to protect Sam so much even though they don't always know how to.
Also Dean buying that magazine for the recipe is about the most adorable thing ever.
Stubborn Sammy. I loved the part where Sam found the magazine and the whole bit that followed it. It's nice to see them as just a regular family. That doesn't happen often. :) The end made me smile and tear up at the same time. Love that even though John's more absent than present that he realizes how much his boys mean to each other.
