He's going to secure energy independence by his second term. That's pretty presumptuous. He hasn't even gotten elected to a first term. And if he has the answer, why hasn't he done anything about it before now?

The Marriage amendment is unconstitutional. plain and simple. that is a state issue. If that's what he believes, that's great. But it's not a federal issue.

How does he plan to run the country without tax revenue? How does he plan to wage a war without money?

His fear based foreign policy is scary. How is war protecting the sanctity of all life?

He's pro death penalty. But he says he feels bad about it. Again, how is that respecting the sanctity of life?

Points to ponder. I appreciate that you support him based on policy issues and are seeking to make an educated decision.

That's pretty impressive set of things Mike can do for free, without pain. Now back to reality..... Nothing is free, including the War on Terror that you say Mike will lead personally himself with intensity our Military, Veterans Benefits, Armor, Roads, Traffic Lights, your Grandma's monthly check. We all need to get our reality hats on. Most of what is promised in these campaigns will take 10-15 years to roll out, and they all are expensive on both sides of the political spectrum. I believe Mr. McCain is the most realistic person in the election. That's probably why he has quite a few detractors. It takes team work to get things done anywhere and in any situation. I have an office of very diverse people and we get things done and we compromise, and we move forward. No one can remain pure on side of a limited description of a political party and get anything done at all in this country. We are first and foremost a country with many freedoms competing on a global stage for work, resources, lifestyle, and a finite planet. If we ( ... )
