Weather.com says that it is currently -18F/-28C air temp (-34F/-37C windchill) outside, yet it is time for me to get a shower and then wait outside for a bus to take me downtown before the sun is even up.  *brrrr*  But it's for a worthy cause, right?

There's a Microsoft developer's conference in Minneapolis today, and I'm expecting to get my paws on
