New York City Ballet, I heart you.
Last night I went to a mixed rep of the New York City Ballet. It was delightful! The NYCB must have listened after my review of the ABT's Sleeping Beauty (ugh). Delightful sets and costumes does not a good ballet make
Oh, American Ballet Theatre, how you disappoint me. I was oh so excited to see your rendition of The Sleeping Beauty. I had been looking forward to it for about a month and a half. And finally, there was I, sitting in the Opera House at the Kennedy Center opening night. A mere six rows back from the pit, able to see the sweat on your faces.

Men in Kilts!
Gooood book! I haven't finished it yet, so I'll give you a final review later. It's about a Scotsman, I know that'll piqued Steph's interest. The Bolshoi Ballet's Cinderella, was the most beautiful ballet I've ever seen in my life. The sets were so amazing. During the part where the clock strikes midnight, the Storyteller--fairy godfather--is swinging back and forth on a pendulum. It was hilarious also, I was laughing so hard at some parts.
