Update on drabbles, fic recs, and a side note

The drabbles are progressing nicely! I hope to post the first one on Monday. I'm not as quick at it as raeyashi, and I don't want to make everyone wait while I finish, so I'm posting each one as it "cools" enough for me to be sure it's ready.

Guh.

You are right. No scar. Maybe it is a plot point or maybe it was a gaff by the makeup people. No matter though, because dude. Duuuude that man is handsome all cleaned up.

He is SO pretty. I've already rewatched twice. What made me think of the whole plot point idea is the fact that in the shot I capped above, they make a point to zoom in very close on that side of his face-- as if they're screaming at us to notice. Maybe I'm making too much of it, but it seems fishy.

Huh, no scar. That's interesting.

I was totally going to rec The Lost Colony as well. Even though I know nothing about either of the Stargate shows, that fic is fabulous!

I highly recommend watching a couple of Stargate Atlantis episodes, even if it's only so you can read the awesome fic that's out there. The characters are great, and there are some fantastic writers in the fandom. I don't watch it a lot, but I will probably rent it on DVD on the quality of the fanfic!
