I've decided to keep my Friends only posts my one safe place where I can tell all. Some of you on my friends list I friended years ago and I might not really know you now - or might not realize I know you by a different name, so I am going to defriend some people who's names I don't recognize or who I haven't heard from lately. I don't mean to hurt

I think, from time to time, we all need to purge and clean - and that of course includes our f-list. :) It's important to have that one safe place.

i'm glad you will create a safe space for yourself to write what you need. some times that can be healthy. i remember when i first came to LJ, i didn't understand the filtering at all and made some horrific and hurtful public mistakes. gah! i still blush and cringe. but being a pretty solitary person, i really *needed* my little community and am still glad for it.

i think of you so often, and worry too, so it will be good to hear from you.

I purged mine not that long ago because I had some people on it who never engaged and it felt a bit too voyeuristic to me. I'd rather have a flist that I care about.
