Some of you on my friends list I friended years ago and I might not really know you now - or might not realize I know you by a different name, so I am going to defriend some people who's names I don't recognize or who I haven't heard from lately. I don't mean to hurt

Hey Melissa... I've been publicly spewing (to an unknown, but I imagine very small, audience) about my goings-on for a long while, so I totally understand the need to do so, and also realize that there is a point when things need to be reeled back in. Sending you good thoughts... we could all use more of them. :)
