1/2 marathon training week 9

I've gone back two weeks from where I was supposed to be originally, but I figured it was better to warm up to the 8 miles than to jump right in for 10 miles, especially given the last long walk I had was 7 miles. 8 miles was both easier and harder than I thought it would be.
