Aw, Poor little guy. I hope he feels better soon. Putting a drop or two of eucalyptus essential oil in his humidifier will probably help him feel better, too, and a drop of lavender and/or chamomile will help him relax and sleep better. When I was about as far along with Haylie as you are now, my belly shrank like 2 cm in a week because she had changed position. It’s really not much to worry about at this stage, and those late term ultrasounds are pretty inaccurate. Just something to think about. I’d take any results of that with a grain of salt. Have you joined the breastfeeding and cloth diapering communities here on LJ? They’re super helpful and supportive, and you can get a ton of information from the ladies there. Good luck with your VBAC, that’s what I’m going for as well. I think it’ll be a hugely empowering experience. :D
We live in a society where so many people are misinformed about breastfeeding. It truly is the best thing you can give your baby. Formula doesn't even come close. The more research I see, the more I am a believer that breastmilk is liquid gold.
With my first child I wanted to nurse so bad! Unfortunately, my OB at the time bullied me into not doing it. With my daughter I was determined to nurse. It is one of the most wonderful things I have ever done in my life. We have such a wonderful bond because of nursing! and I work 45 hours a week! I'm still pumping at work and my daughter just turned 13 months old
