Glasses person looks a bit like Integra from Hellsing. [/thoughts on manga]

Except Irie's actually a guy. A really effeminate and kind of creepy (if ultimately sympathetic) guy, but a guy.

ETA: Also, Integra's a lot more effectual. Irie isn't totally useless, but he wouldn't exactly be much of a vampire-hunter.
