This is from the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni manga (which is better than the anime and more polished than the original VNs; it might actually be the best incarnation of the story).
Not much context is needed to appreciate that, as the subject line indicates, this is a three-page spam of a hot psychotic badass lady doctor. Who I'm cosplaying later this summer. Yeah.
...Man, scientists are assholes in this series. Except for Grandpa Takano. He was cool.
That being the case, however, I still don't feel guilty at all for finding Takano hot and awesome when there are people who are fans of much less interesting and dynamic characters.
