it's amazing how much better things can get if you just let it go..let it go..it sounds so simple and yet it can be so difficult and have such a profound impact..it is such a relief to just get over it..*big sigh*

my grandfather is having surgery to remove tumors on his bladder today..it is the 3rd surgery in 5 years that he has had for various kinds of cancer..he's getting old..i don't know how much more he can take..

i drank a buttload of water yesterday and took a benadryl cold and sinus headache last night and went to bed at 11, which is early for me..i slept like a rock and this morning i feel much better..still stuffy but i'm not incapacitated at least..hopefully i won't get worse through the day

i just took a pill and i'm not exactly sure what it is..wait..it's not as bad as it sounds..it says on the bubble pack (as the box was lost long ago) that is is a nasal decongestant and anti-histamine..i just don't know which one of the various types it is..but i guess as long as i know what it does, it doesn't particularly matter if it's sudafed ( Read more... )
