What a week

Hubbyfink and I woke up sick on Sunday and have been slogging through the past four days in a cold-medicine haze. We both stayed home Monday. He was sent home Tuesday. I very nearly called out sick yesterday and today, but managed to drag my sorry self into the office. I would have stayed home with the laptop, but there's no one to infect in this

I know what townhouses in my neighborhood are selling for, but I don't know what they're renting for. Thankfully (well, for the people renting, not necessarily for us who have to deal with the renters), the homes ARE renting. If we bought another house right this minute and got renters in the townhouse in the next minute, I figure the rental income would pay for the new mortgage because it'd be significantly less than our current mortgage.

I can't even fathom selling our townhouse for another three or four years. It'd be a bloodbath. :/

Ouch, that hurts. We're not quite that bad, but it's pretty close. The foreclosures certainly don't help.
