Up - I don't have to sew anything for Pennsic. While procrastinating on ironing linen with which to make Roman clothing, I pulled all my linen dresses and boy clothes out of the SCA closet to see what, if anything, might work for this year. Throw out that measuring tape! It's clearly broken. After all, you fit in your clothes.

Thank you, Kass. :) It seems weird to be fretting about that measuring tape when I had a much more solid means of measurement with those clothes. Silly brain. :p

Clothes that fit sound like the real win to me.

grauwulf's boss is suddenly trying to convince him that there "isn't time" for him to take a vacation right now. It's very nerve wracking. Hope your labor disputes get themselves sorted out!

Bodies - and measuring tapes - can be deceiving. Don't go by number. The clothes are fitting and you feel better, right? Keep the measuring tape for sewing, not measuring yourself ;-)
