Heirarchies are shitty. i think especially in our queer and trans communities. and it totally is promenent in philadelphia. it made me feel crazy too. its in so many aspects of the community. i could talk and talk about this. and philly is so dangerous because of the fact that they deny these things excist there. you are so right on about that. i know ive said/wrote/thought that many times. and is one of the reasons why i felt like i needed to leave. that place is a weird bubble world and people dont take time to step outside of it, or to self examinate there little so called utopia.
Im sorry that you are feeling this way.
I hope you get out of there soon too hon, time limits do help.
