Book Review: Bitter Night

I admit it.  I was one of the lucky ones who got to read this book early.  And O.M.G.  It's awesome!!

I sure hope Borders will carry it. I've been a bit underwhelmed at my local Borders lately.

I think we all are. They've all been pulling back from buying a ton so they dont' have to close stores. When my sister was there, they talked about closing the store she worked at. Sadly they get more online sales. I like to peruse in person.

Was out tonight to, well, blow off some steam, and wandered by there. Yeah, I know release is tomorrow, but I've also seen The Black Ship and The Turning Tide out early. No dice for Bitter Night.

And I'm still waiting to see Laura Anne Gilman's Flesh and Fire in a location other than the big independent Joseph-Beth.

After following your advice and reading Soulless (loved it!), I can't wait to read this. And since I love the Authors you mentioned, I'm pretty sure this will soon be a favorite.

YAY!! You know I had to go to *gasp* Barnes and Nobles to get this b/c Borders screwed up and didn't have it!!! It's terrible!
