Happy Holidays from Japan, although it's the 23rd over here. Things are going fine. Been so long since I've posted to LJ, although I do read by flist. Most of my time is spent chasing after a toddler as baby turned 1 end of Oct and started walking soon after ( ... )

Can't imagine Japan at Christmas! Great to have snowe though. Missmel would be jealous, though, as you say it brings extra chores like digging! No doubt baby will be a keen skier in two or three years time :)

Merry Christmas to all, I hope you'll have a great time!

I'll probably celebrate with my family (a low-key affair, as we tend to prefer things). Unless we all fall victim to the Big Bad 2014 Flu, of course.

Not much is new--I'm currently very, very bored at work. It's not that I don't have things to do, it's that even though I'm working, the hours drag away painfully slowly.

Other than that, Copernic (the guinea pig) is very funny, I've managed to see two good movies last weekend (The Hobbit 3 & Guardians of the Galaxy), I still haven't given Gotham a try and there's a huge pile of books to read waiting for me at home.

Arg, mel, has it really been over a year? This is rubbish - we MUST plan ahead this year and meet properly. I have been too busy, and badly organised, clearly... But if ever you have a reason to come down to London, let's try and fit something in...
