Got to this blog from Amit Rathore's post
And it was a revelation reading all the posts about fighting for consumer rights

It inspires me to raising my voice against the rampant acts of over-charging.

As he rightly says - Persistence, Watson, persistence gets one everywhere.

It might take a little of our time, but I think it will give me a lot
