consumer rights It inspires me to raising my voice against the rampant acts of over-charging.
As he rightly says - Persistence, Watson, persistence gets one everywhere.
It might take a little of our time, but I think it will give me a lot more satisfaction to try & fix such things.
I will leave you with this other excerpt from
an entry where he describes the result of a case against a milkman for charging over the MRP Then he said that "if he had known that we would file the case, etc against him he would never have behaved this way" and repeated this a few times. This to me is the most important learning from this incident. This is an amazing thought. The reason people like him act and behave this way is because people like you and me do not raise an objection.
Update: Turns out the subject of the post is a college-mate :)
