I'm glad to see the cynicism still runs strong...don't you ever get tired of being so angry at the world and its wrongness? I suggest/prescribe a healthy dose of meditation...learn to let go of it all...I know the journal is a good way to help release some of the anger, but it is not healthy to allow these feelings of deep hate and anger to have such a hold on you and your life. Recognize them for what they truly are and you'll find yourself able to release them before they even begin to manifest. Realize you cannot, and most likely do not want to, control everything in the world...I know, very overstated, no need to point it out...let others be what/who they will be, walk your own path without regard to the misgivings of those who know not of good, honest living...
