Me, the caterer?

Last month, I cooked and prepared food for my housemate's office xmas party:

Raw Kale Salad dressed  in roasted garlic-infused EVOO  (extra virgin olive oil).
Mmm, mmm really good (and this salad went FAST).  I love kale!!!

Sometimes Giant has brussel sprouts on the stalk. Yes Organic market, Potomac Adventist ABC store on Cherry Hill Ln in College Park.

All of this food was fabulous. We have been "required" to make the Kale for parties ever since... lol
