You have seen all I had to say about the game already.

But I have, like, a massive sportsmanship bias for Müller, now. That man is a fucking fantastic goalkeeper.

Here's to cheering for Spain & Germany together from now on! :D

I believe the goalkeeper was Neuer. :)

Oh right! lol, I am so not coherent enough to be using names. >.>

Spain/Germany is the new Spain/England. England can come play again once they remember the concept of defense. >O

Let's cheer for Germany and Spain together! I hope Germany will do well against Argentina.

Ahaha, look at Ronaldo being all, "Hey, guys, I'm not wearing a shirt :D" and Kaká's like, "Well, I'm full clothed, but I will put my hand on Ronaldo's shoulder as a compromise."

Also, have you seen this? Ronaldo introduces his new website in English.

Yes, I agree! :D

also omfg I ship Ronaldo/Kaká together so hard now, they are such cute BFFs and that's all it takes to get me even though I was going through past reports on Ronaldo and he is really...quite trashy about his relationships alsdkghfj. I think he slept with Paris Hilton too. @_@ I love him best with Kaká, his ~good influence~ lol.

That said, fuck, his English is adorable. akdhg

I was reading this entry & comment thread and it's basically made me love Stevie even more. So classy. ♥ Though I definitely agree thta goal-line technology should be implemented - there have been some horrible disallowed goals/ref calls.

"Hey. What's up, everyone? This is Cristiano Ronaldo. *winks*" Made me laugh so much.

I'm fine w/ video-replay not being used during the game, but I can see how goal-line technology would be useful. Haha, I like your suggestion of something that goes, "Golgolgolgol" or "GOOOOOOOOOL" in Spanish.

So classy! It's nice when players (and coaches) are gracious w/ their losses/wins.

Yeah - I guess I can understand being against video replay especially for every potential foul (ngl, the theatrics are part of football for me now, and pretty funny albeit frustrating at times), but goals are kind of the biggest deals in the game. And it's not hard to get some thing about that done, if they want to change nothing else. Ugh.

Stevie is all class. ♥ Also the game remained sportsmanlike despite Germany trampling over England figuratively - no wicked fouls all over the place! So there is that, I guess...

I feel your picspams heavily influence what teams I support. Since all my teams are out, GO SPAIN! Torres is cute like a puppy.

I was reading your tweets out to my British neighbor that I was watching the game with, he was impressed =P

AHAHAHA Ronaldo XD

ahaha in that case I should celebrate. \o/ I also keep stumbling upon more pictures and news bits and I have the obnoxious tendency to want to share everything I find interesting with other people in hopes that they too will find it interesting. Yesterday I stumbled across a bunch of pictures of footballers with their tiny kids, oh god. My ovaries are still recovering.

askghfj why are you reading out my tweets, lol. What was he impressed by? How much I was swearing and raging? Oh dear.

I've basically given in to the fact that I find Ronaldo endlessly entertaining, for good or for bad.

NO, keep sharing! You are selling them well, I've started developing personal attachments to players and teams based on the things you post! Keep 'em coming!!

He said you were a proper English football fan, which I guess means you capslocked and dropped the F-bomb enough. He was also surprised you were so into England despite having no actual connection to the country LOL.

RONALDO IS LULZ AND HOT. Though you're right, he's kind of a douchebag on the field. Saw him bodyslam that Brazilian player and then have the other guy get called for a yellow card. Asshole. But still sexy.

Okay, I will keep sharing random stuff!

Speaking of the WC-support/national pride thing though, I had this really long discussion with a friend about how so many people support their country because it's a national identity but for some reason, that's not true with me. I support countries/teams that I've picked almost arbitrarily and then just get attached. And this segued into a whole deal about the American identity and what it means to be Asian-American, etc. I kind of want to parse through it and sum it up or c/p it because it was super interesting to hear how we (both Asian-Americans) felt so differently on a lot of things of national identity/personal identification. O: /ramble

Oh man I caught up a bit on some of Ronaldo's hook-up scandals and he is a truly something of a manwhore. I mean, that's cool, it's his sex life, but lololol. He hooked up with Paris Hilton. I bet Kaká prays for his soul.
