Work out day two!!

Just completed work out day two!! I repeated my "weight" day, because my original schedule started on Sunday with Saturday as my off day. Tomorrow comes cardio. The weight routine that I am doing has a great deal of cardio in it as well. Oh oh, if you hit up YouTube for yoga I highly recommend Yogatic. She has some beginner's yoga you can check out as well as yoga for pretty much anything you can think of. I did a little of it last year when I had this really weird strained muscle thing in my leg and it cured it almost instantly (seriously!).

Oh, thank you for that! I actually stumbled across a few of the Yogatic videos but didn't end up doing any. I fell asleep on the sofa under my book...
