Work out day two!!

Just completed work out day two!! I repeated my "weight" day, because my original schedule started on Sunday with Saturday as my off day. Tomorrow comes cardio. The weight routine that I am doing has a great deal of cardio in it as well. I found a great kettlebell routine, and I love it! Looking for a easy, calming yoga routine to help stretch out a few times a week.
