This is not a happy post - bit emo - so feel free to skip it :-)

I do not recall a time ever where I have woken from a dream crying.

Except for today

Wet pillow, tears flowing, tense breathing - the works really.

The dream was not particularly terrible. Not at all horrific  or grim (not by my dream standards anyway). I was called up to a big office
