Ron Marz is, was, and will be a hack. That he consistently finds work is a testament to the lack of depth of talent available in comic book writing.

Indeed. The thing of it is it that his Witchblade was actually very good-probably the best thing he's written-up until he decided to go forward with the "romance"...at which point, it started going downhill FAST. He tends to have good ideas and then completely screw them up in the execution
