Elementary: Season 3

I watched season 3 of Elementary on Hulu in the last few days under the assumption that Hulu is going to be releasing the 4th season as it airs. I should have more to say, but the main things are

I'm a bit worried about where Season 4 is going, but we'll see.

It's safe to say that im not at all looking forward to the onslsught of daddy issues that appear to be in store for us. But then, i wasn't looking forward to Mycroft, either, and ended up not minding thst plot.

I liked the first season though toward the end it occasionally pushed the boundaries a little on what I can take violence-wise. (I'm a bit sensitive to violence/gore.) So I never watched the 2nd season because I was afraid it went to far. But I've always been curious because I really was enjoying the show itself.

Curious if you've watched Flash or Arrow at all or are they not your type of drama? We like Arrow ok but we're very hooked on Flash. I like that it's a much lighter-tinged drama than Arrow and so far carries a tone of hope that I find refreshing.

There are violent parys, but id say that, for the most part, it isnt particularly violent for US TV, and is much less prone to violence towards women than most police procedurals.

I watched about half of the first season of Arrow before quitting. I really kiked it at first but got increasingly bored after a few episodes, and really disliked Oliver after a bit. I quit in disgust in the episode where Helena came back.

I'll have to check out Elementary again, then. I did feel it was more toned down than a lot of shows nowadays
