How did Park Avenue end? I'm really curious - I watched the first handful of episodes, and then sort of tapered off.

Jane is Gavin's biological daughter, despite the fact that her connection to the building had already been explained, and that the explanation for Jane being Gavin's daughter contradicted plot points from earlier on. There's also an ongoing theme of black women permanently trapped in the building with no apparent escape except death/Gavin's permission (making his comment early on about Olivia being his most prized possession possibly very literal, as opposed to just really faily
