1. So, what did Supernatural do this week that has half the people on my list who still watch it go "THAT IS IT!" anyway?

2. My gallbladder and uterus appear to be conspiring to do me in. Please send replacements.

3. Hey look, LJ's scrapbook feature is working. Very good, as I have tons and tons of icons I need to upload.

4. Marjorie Liu apparently ( Read more... )

I'm pretty sure the crossposting was failing because of the DDOS attack on LJ; I had the same problem last night.

5. Am thinking about doing a post comparing various versions of Snow White. By which I mean "centered on Snow White and/or thematically structured around "Snow White" with a Snow White representative in the lead role. (Mostly movie and TV.) Think of some obscure version you don't think I've heard of/seen.
that would be awesome!

Is this a 'Bobby's really dead,' or 'we'll now have twenty episodes angsting about it before WTFANGELS or something'?

I can't help but feel: after everything Supernatural has done, that's what people are so outraged about? Although I guess fandom priorities are nothing new....

I've mostly heard joy about it but I am selective in my fandom hang outs.

All the best wishes on your health.
Don't let gallbladder problems go on unsupervised, I almost managed to do myself in by going into hospital too late. My two gallbladder stones are roughly die-shaped and a coca cola brown all the way through - very fitting, actually. Losing my gall bladder had some influence on how my body dealt with raw vegetables for about a year, these days there seems no appreciable difference.

I went as soon as I noticed something was wrong, but it took them 7 weeks to actually find it.

Damn, that's horrible. When my pain got so bad that the usual prescription-free pain killers didn't work and my stomach developed a bulge right there, my doctor sent my to hospital right away and I was operated a day after that.

I'm glad you're better now. My grandmother did in fact do herself in by going in too late, so.
