1. You never post on Bollywood anymore! What was the last good one you watched? (Or the last bad one.)

2. While on the subject of Bollywood, what are your favorites? (Or favorite Bollywood songs.)

3. You watch very little English language TV. What are some shows that your friends are into that you wish you could get into too but can't. (Optional: Why?)

4. Who are your 5 least favorite drama heroes?

5. Who are your 5 favorite drama heroines?

I actually suspect we'd find more decent families if we delved deeper into some of the smaller houses? The Starks, though, are actually really lucky in that it was an arranged marriage where they managed to make it work-and keep working-despite having a lot working against it. (Jon in particular is lucky they he got a tepmother who just didn't want much to do with him and is bitter about the reminder of her husband's infidelity, as opposed to one who actually mistreated or abused him. Not that I don't understand why he doesn't sit around writing ballads about having the best stepmother ever.)

But I think a lot of their seeming ridiculously healthy when compared to other houses is that a lot of ASOIAF is Martin trying to deconstruct fantasy types and tropes (with mixed levels of success) and the Starks-as both a group and as individuals-are decontructing the various fantasy Hero and Lady types.

But regardless, most emotionally and physically healthy place to grow up in Westeros!

The increase in dramas post is because I'm kind of burned out on US TV
Not that I'm posting a lot lately, but I feel much the same. Currently there is no US show I'm following (but 3 kdrams), mainly because I started to dislike Sanctuary and was disappointed by the pilot of Falling Skies. And while there are some shows that sound interesting (Chaos for example), it's a general meh.
