The only "fandom" we share in this case is Arrow/Flash/LoT but these shows are seriously like the air that I breath. So wonderful. And they give me life. And LoT might be the best thing that happened on TV in a long time =D

LoT makes me so happy lately, too - I love this team so much! I'm really, really enjoying it.

I just wish I could write some fics for this fandom XD

Oh, yes, I'm so obsessed with MCU, the Trekverse and the Arrowverse, good choices. *nods*
Indeed, seeing all the creative fanworks fan can come up with is the best way of being in a fandom. *g*
(And I wish I could get into Dragon Age, it seems pretty interesting, but, alas, I'm really no gamer...)

I'm glad we share fandoms ;) All of them are so creative and so active! It's awesome.

Dragon Age is honestly my favourite fandom right now. I don'r only play a lot, but it's the fandom for which I wrote so many fics already - it's very inspiring (and I keep recommending it to everyone, even to people who are not gamers *lol*). It's very engaging and all the characters and storylines are very interesting :)

Oh, yes, Dragon Age has me very curious but since I don't play I really know nothing about it, not even the main characters/storylines etc.
In the past I enjoyed fanworks about fandoms I didn't know but to do so I need at least some kind of intro post/primer... ;(

When it comes to info, checking out the wiki page of Dragon Age (pages of all the 3 parts separately) is a good first step. Once you read about the main plotlines you can find more detailed articles at wiki devoted only to Dragon Age. It's one huge story and you keep finding out new things about it all the time :) It's one of the reasons why I love it so much.

I can spend hours on reading wiki articles only XD

I can try to summarizing the basics, too, if you're interested :)

Great choices! <3 And I only know games like Dragon Age and Mass Effect through fandom, but I'm happy they exist with all their great LGBT storylines.

I spent more time playing Dragon Age than Mass Effect, but I love both. But especially Dragon Age. It's the fandom that always maneges to keep me interested, there is more and more to read since it's a very active fandom fic-wise, but I also spend so much time playing and just enjoying the story and the characters - I love it. There's always something new to find out about the characters and the story, which is just awesome.

I'm not a gamer and don't know much of anything about popular games but your description of Dragon Age sounds very intriguing. I can see why it appeals to you so much. If I was a gamer, it would be my kind of thing.

I love Star Trek to pieces. TNG was the first TV show that I was really into - I would tape all the episodes. I love all the Mark Watches recaps now; makes me relieve my favorite episodes.  But it's Voyager that holds my fandom heart because something about those characters that just appeals to me. Janeway/Chakotay were my first OTP even before I knew what shipping was.

I saw the first season of Brooklyn 99 and really loved it but I didn't have time last year so I fell behind. I really want to catch up on that show.

Dragon Age is my favourite game ever. I like many others, but this one keeps me interested (great plotlines, characters and relationships, but also the fact that this worldbuilding is awesome and I keep finding out something new every time I play the game or read articles - which I really love). It never fails to cheer me up and inspire me :D

There are also Dragon Age books, if it's something you'd be interested in :)

For me it's difficult to pick a favourite Star Trek series, since I like each of them for something different. I just like them all in general :)

Brooklyn Nine-Nine had a special place in my heart. It's series that never disappointed me, always manages to make me smile and I just love those characters and how their work together. There aren't many comedy series that grip me as much as this one.
