I'm sorry I haven't been as active on here as I'd hoped, but my time's been simply eaten up by all of these projects and fussy teachers nit-picking every little detail... The paws of fury was worth a good laugh.

Nice to see that you're hard work is paying off.

It really is impressive and mind blowing how much work goes into creating a 3D movie like Megamind or a movie with a lot of CGI.

*Sickers* I thought you guys would get a kick out of the Paws of Fury, haha! ;P I'm glad you liked it all though! It's definitely a lot of hard work to animate even something as simple as a run, let alone a death sequence or anything more complicated. I have a ton of respect for the people that do this for a living. Hopefully I'll soon be one of them! XD

Thank you! Thank you so much!!! ^_^ I'm glad you liked it! Trust me, animating Megamind dying was a depressing thing to do, but I needed the practice as it turns out... XD It's not as easy as I had initially thought, but I think it came out all right, albeit sad... XD

*Snickers* Glad you got a kick out of the Paws of Fury! I know I certainly had fun filming and editing it! ;D I think my favorite part is when my hubby opens his mouth to yell, "Charge!" and all you hear is a cat's meow... *Laughs HARD* That bit cracked me up so bad as I was editing the sounds!!! LOL! XD

Second, I think this was your best Megamind video yet. The body language was beautifully done and, tell me if I'm wrong, but it looks like you animated more facial expression than in any of your previous ones.

And I definitely agree. I had to re-animate the death five times to get it right, but it's definitely the best I've done so far. I made it a point to animate more facial expression than before, and anything that could move does. I wanted to try to capture the "life" that DW always does in its films, and I think I came closer than ever before in this one. I'm making improvement! ^_^ I actually animated a whole second ending to this as well where he rolls over on his back instead, but my teacher preferred this one; the other came out really well too -- AND I managed to animate that one in only a single night! My teacher was impressed, and that never happens!!! XD I took that as a good sign. :D

That death animation was really great! Especially the moment he took his hand away from his chest to see the invisible blood right before collapsing. Great work!

Paws of Furry was definitely amusing XD Especially the sounds, very nice touch! I was smiling through the whole thing.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! I thought having him look at his hand would be a nice touch; it breathed some realism and emotion into the animation, and I must admit I'm rather proud of how it came out. :)

Hehe, I'm glad you liked the Paws of Fury video! *Snickers* I was cracking up making it! Especially when I started adding the sounds! They really sold it, I think, not to mention adding some humor to the whole thing! ;P
