So I saw this a few weeks ago and took a picture for the comm, but then forgot all about posting it!    But yes, if you go to the Jewel- Osco supermarket near my house you can order this cake from their booklet of character cakes.  It comes with a little plastic top spinner thing.   The other Dreamworks cakes have better pieces of plastic flotsam,
