My dad and I are going to the RED SOX tomorrow!!! I'm so excited! It's my dream! The only sucky part is Matsuzaka is pitching on Saturday... I missed him by a day but oh well my dad said maybe we can go again some time!!!

Oh my gods Dorinda just called me to tell me Jessica had her baby this morning!!! I'm so excited!! My little niece is here!!

A couple weeks ago Jess and I were talking too and she said she had a feeling it'd be born on the 14th (her due date was the 21st) and it was!! Holy crap that's weird!!!

I'm so excited I can't go back to sleep!!!!

Well, I never would've thought this would happen, but I think I may actually have less friends here than I did in DC: case in point is that I have not left my house once since getting back here. Haven't had a reason to. >

It's so weird to be here indefinitely after 5 years of always having a departure date looming. I'm pretty sure what I'm feeling, as a result, is a "GET OUT NOW" type of feeling. I hope it will fade into the background a little so I can deal with this, but I don't know.

Dude. What is up with today. I've gotten one facebook message and one text message from two different people I haven't talked to since freshman year. What the....????

It's really nice being in DC and not having school. Smiti and I went to the botanical gardens today and then had Native American food for lunch at the Native American art museum. It was pretty sweet. I got lots of exercise, enjoyed the sunshine, and spent time with my awesome roommate who I will only get to live with for 6 more days ( Read more... )

I'm done with GW. Once again it seems rather anti-climactic. I feel like I should feel a lot more relieved than I am to have passed in all those papers... but I returned like my 30+ books last night and I already miss them. Ahh... two more papers, and revision of the thesis, and a test to go. I really don't like all the people who are like "I'm done" right now on facebook etc. I want to be done too, but I'm not, so stop rubbing it in you jerks.

Today I just feel miserable. I don't think I'll fit in back home anymore. So I kinda don't wanna go back. At least not for an extended period.
